Our beautiful new exhibition is open now!

Our summer show, The Forest, is now open, with a host of colourful and beautiful works on the gallery walls.

We're so excited to have the support of so many talented artists for this exhibition and it's amazing to see such a diverse range of artistic styles represented.

Esther Tyson's beautiful oils of Scottish birdlife hang alongside the glorious birch trees by Campbell Bryson. Cathy Haworth's paintings of trees are full of colour and joy, while Kyle Noble's work brings an Eastern influence to the Scottish forest. and Graham Niven's photography finds new angles on Highland forests.

And as well as paintings and photography, we've got some ceramic sculptures by Angus. These include some otherworldly planters based on birch trees, vases with moths carved into their surface, and handmade birch tree mugs.

There is also Heelan Coo sculptures by Wooden Tom. Handcarved from Scottish hardwood, these are full of character. And we have silver jewellery by Marram Blue. This lovely collection includes earrings and pendants.

There's lots to explore and the exhibition runs until July 29 so there's plenty time to schedule a visit.

The opening night on Friday was really busy - it was great to see so many familiar faces, and many new ones. We loved being able to welcome a few curious tourists through the doors! We even welcomed a doggy into the gallery - Esther Tyson's pet Mouse was delighted to join the party.
